"The Jossen" or the rise and demise of togetherness, is played by actors and actresses of theater Heart King and The Workshop of Carte Blanche.
For many people the desire to stand out and at the same time to connect. We want to specifically and simultaneously belong. We want ourselves to say:
"I am the only one of my kind."
Celebrities have their own clothing and perfume line, tracks in their advertising campaigns to the people to smell like they smell, eat what they eat, and think like them, and then only truly beautiful and to be successful.
Politicians encourage their constituents to believe in what they promise. We must participate, involve, thinking and feeling to count. We must choose, know for sure until we are empowering and worth to be a part of the world, they "our leaders" have created for us. We, the members of the club, family, political party, we clap and cheer until we are exhausted by drop, until each one of us suddenly silent sometimes wonder: "What is this, what am I doing ? "
Difficult in a world of opposites yourself afloat let alone to be happy.

Here I will describe a little data cleansing case using Microsoft SQL Server Integrated Services 2005 for the solution.
Problem
Had to convert a InterBase database Address (called Combini) to an Apple Mac Address program. Problem was all the textfields in the original database had to be merged to one large block text for the Mac Address program.
Solution
SSIS from SQL Server 2005 to convert, merge and create a CSV file. This CSV Could be read by a Mac conversion program to prepare it for the Mac Address program.
